The D-Link ANT24-1400 antenna provides extended coverage for an existing 802.11b or 802.11g wireless local area network (WLAN) and connects to any AirPlus™, AirPlusG+™, AirXtremeG™ or AirPremier™ Access Point or Wireless Gateway Router.
The D-Link ANT24-1400 requires an access point or wireless broadband gateway with a reverse SMA connector and ships with a mounting kit, lightning surge protector and conversion cable.
To achieve a desired operating range and transmission rate, antennas of the same Gain (14dBi) should be installed at both the transmission and reception ends. Transmission distances can vary according to the transmission speeds.
